Rainbow Rain Gutters co

This company installed my home gutters on April 12, 2008. Their contract reads that they guarantee their labor for five years and materials for 20 years. One side of the front gutters in my home needed repair since it was sagged due to the pooled water as well as leaked in two corners. I called the company on June 4th; their Rep came to see the issue the next day, June 5th and said that they would come to repair the damage. I In view of my urgent need, I offered to pay but he said that they would take care of this and I did not have to pay for the repair. To this date, nobody has either called or come to do the job. The responsibility of a provider is most important when their work needs repair; sadly they have left me hanging with the problem which forced me to find another Angie's List company. I would not hire them again.

They were really friendly and helpful when I called the office. They had someone come out pretty quickly. They got it done in a day. It was just an easy process. I did call after they were done because they had a spout going down on one of our sprinklers. My husband wanted me to call and find out if that was going to cause any problem. I spoke with Jerry, the manager. He was not helpful at that situation. They said that they would send someone to look at it; they still haven’t sent anyone out. I don’t think it would cause any problem, but they weren’t helpful with that.

when they arrived, they remembered the house and the work that needed to be done. They suggested an alternate location for the water to drop down, which required additional work and more materials, but the additional charge was only $50. This company is excellent. They are prompt, caring and do all the work on the premises in record time. I was amazed at how inexpensive gutter work was.
