+ -1 moreI spoke to them over the phone. It went really well and they were very honest. They provided a lot of information and we decided not to use them only because of the cost. We had to take our rug to their place and we decided to purchase a steamer so that we could do it at home itself. They were great. We have wood floors and it was just one rug. If I have carpeting, then I would talk to them again. Their follow-up and everything else was very good too.
Description of Work: I received a quote online from Quality Steemer Carpet Cleaner about 4 months ago before Christmas for rug steam cleaning.

Description of Work: We initially received a quote for $139 for carpet cleaning of our office. The cleaning was scheduled for 12/16/09 at 5:00pm. We were called at 3pm and told that they would have to reschedule to Friday, 12/18 at 4pm. The cleaners did not arrive until 5:30pm and then insisted upon using the freight elevator to bring up their single steam cleaner rather than use the regular elevators, further delaying the job and then indicated that the price was being changed to $210. At 5:40pm I had to leave and cancelled as I could not stay any later. The guys that were assigned to do our job were slower than molasses and complained to me on the phone that they were going to have to pay to park - because we are located in downtown Miami and called me about 10 times asking for directions which was also quite irritating after I told them that we are right across the street from Bayside Park on Biscayne Blvd and they had our address.

His knowledge about carpets in general was so professional and he was willing to take the time to explain what he would be doing during the cleaning process on my carpets. I really appreciate the care and quality of service he provided.
Description of Work: My carpets were filthy, plus there was a huge wrinkle in the hallway that they fixed. They also cleaned 2 other rooms.
