Pablo was great to work with. Would definitely work with Pablo and Qbiq again. Very fast getting materials and completing the work at a reasonable price.

Pablo of QBIQ was a pleasure to work with. He did a complete demo of my existing kitchen and, working from the ground up, installed all new plumbing, wiring, cabinets, counters, sink and appliances. My house was built in 1965 so, as you can imagine, there were a number issues that needed to be resolved. He was also very responsive to any changes I wanted to make and I appreciate his unfailingly good humor throughout the job.

I hired QBIQ to work on the first 1/3 of a total kitchen remodel. It was Major construction. They did an exceptional job, I am very satisfied. They were clean, accommodating, on time, and if I had an issue it was addressed immediately. My only regret is that I did not have them do the entire kitchen project. Since they left I have had had nothing but problems. First, I had a friend of a friend lay wood look tile flooring In the kitchen. He did a terrible job. There was so much lippage that I could not live with it. I had to put vinyl flooring on top of the tile. a waste of money. Then, I decided to go with a famous home appliance store for the cabinets. The cabinet supplier that QBIQ works with is a good supplier. I was actually familiar with them, prior to meeting Pablo, because a friend of mine purchased their cabinets from them. But I decided to go with a home appliance store, because of the color options they provided. What a mistake. My kitchen still is not done. The thing with this store is that although you are **done** with the project, there is still a mountain of problems you have to deal with after the cabinets are installed. As a matter of fact, they are trying to hit me up for an additional $5,000. I should have just went with the original cabinet supplier that Pablo suggested and had Pablo and his team paint the cabinets. All in all, I think if you go with QBIQ you will not be disappointed.

We recently had a total kitchen remodel by Qbiq. Pablo Palacios and his crew were wonderful. They listened to all my requests and were very accommodating. From design to installation all worked very well together. The result is a beautiful white kitchen I love. I would not hesitate to recommend Qbiq for your next project.

Pablo and his team designed and constructed a kitchen from scratch in the cottage house on our property. He handled all of the permitting and custom fit the cabinets himself. The end product was very professional and looks fantastic.

Enclosed half the patio and converted it to an interior room. The project required a lot of structural work including replacing the existing sloped concrete floor and pouring a new level one, reinforcing the walls and ceiling with steel beams and installing panoramic floor to ceiling hurricane windows. Other more routine components included electrical, a/c duct work, wood flooring and dry walling. The work was done by excellent subcontractors hired by QBIQ. The quality of the work is excellent and working with Pablo, the QBIQ owner, was a pleasure. The price was fair and the project was on budget. All permits were legal and all inspections were passed. Nothing but high marks for QBIQ.

This was a complete kitchen remodel in a 60 year old house involving a gutting down to the cinder block walls. Pablo Palacios the owner and general contractor did all the cabinet work himself and produced a gorgeous white kitchen that was beautifully customized. He has the eye of an artist/architect and made many suggestions which gave our new kitchen a professional and functional look. The subcontractors he brought into our home for flooring, electrical, counter tops etc. were also very professional, friendly, neat and respectful of our privacy. This was important to us since we lived in the house during the renovation. The quality of the craftsmanship was impeccable. Pablo is honest and fairly priced. He recommended places for us to pick out cabinets, flooring and lighting etc, always with an eye toward our budget. The work was done with legal permits and passed all inspections.

Qbiq Corp is a contracting firm that also specializes (particularly) in remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, although they do other types of work, too. Pablo Palacios (the owner and head contractor) does all the cabinet work himself (in our case, with semi-custom made kitchen cabinets). He contracts out the plumbing, floor installation, electrical, mechanical and countertop work, but all the firms with which he works are top notch and, like himself, perform high quality work. In addition, he supervises their work very carefully. We completely gutted our existing kitchen, including walls, frames, and insulation, and tore down two walls to create an open kitchen. We were very proactive owners in terms of designing the look of the kitchen, but Pablo and his wife (also working for the firm) provided ample material samples for the cabinets and countertops. We did our own legwork on the floor tile and backsplash tile, but everything else came from Qbiq Corp. The final product is worthy of a design magazine. The materials are all excellent and the workmanship was superior. We did have to be a bit attentive to stay on schedule, and the project (which was major) took a bit over three months to complete (original estimate was two months), but, in the end, we are very satisfied with the results and have hired the firm to do another job. Also, Pablo Palacios is completely trustworthy, friendly, and all of the work he does is thoroughly permitted and up to the strictest Coral Gables code. We passed all the inspections without a problem. We recommend Qbiq Corp very highly.
