This is a story about how a professional company deals with problems.  Our move was a very long two day affair and the movers were punctual and efficient.  There was a small degree of horseplay among the guys, but nothing too egregious and the foreman, Sasha, handled it well.  A sliding bookcase door got dropped, breaking the glass and a specialty piece of hardware, but the glass was quickly replaced and the hardware, once they tracked it down, was replaced as well.  The driveway at the new house is very narrow and the truck caused some damage to the sprinklers, yard lights and a wood trash enclosure.  While I would have preferred to be told about it when it happened, once I noticed the next day and called Igor, he promptly had it inspected and repaired.  A move like this is a strenuous, labor intensive job, with a lot of contingent factors -- no company can ever guarantee accidents won't happen, all they can guarantee is how they will respond when they do, and Pure Moving stood by their work and took responsibility for what they needed to.  Dmitri worked with us to make sure the repairs were competed satisfactorily and stayed on top of it until they were.  In the end, I have no trouble recommending their services, and would use them again.  Thank you Igor and Dmitri, and the whole crew.  You all worked very hard.

This was my first experience with a moving company and I was satisfied with the work. It was an eleven hour ordeal that involved three large trucks and 8 serviceman. The initial move was quite difficult given the size of the property, but they remained professional and efficient with a dash of humor to compliment their enthusiasm and ultimately did a wonderful job.

Pure Moving did a great job. I think the work was performed back in early September, we had one little problem, one of the trucks broke down on the way from Ojai to Los Angeles, and they had to unload the whole truck and put it on a new one, and that made for a very long day. But they were great, did the job and stuff like that just happens. I would hire them again. I can't remember exactly what the exact fee was. But we had two trucks and five guys, the per hour rate was off, because of the break down.

The movers were fantastic. They showed up exactly on time with two guys. They were with us for approximately 6 hours (it was a lot more than they expected being such a large apartment!). They were very professional and polite and did NOT stop working until every last thing was loaded into the van and unloaded into our new home. They packaged everything safely and efficiently and allowed us unlimited use of their wardrobe boxes and packing tape.

It was an awesome service. They were very professional. They came between 9 and 10 and they were there at around 9:30 for me. It was a pleasant experience. They moved me from a town and it was about a 40 mile move. They had a 26 foot truck and a 20 foot truck. Nothing was damaged, they did the work in about 10 hours and they did a great job. I left a deposit for boxes and blankets; and they refunded that to me about a week later. They moved my stuff into my garage. A week later they then moved everything out of the garage into my home after my floors had been redone.

It was a great service. They were professional, on time and they were quick. We had a few things that needed to be moved and the distance was about 90 miles away. It was basically a one bedroom apartments work of belongings.

The service went well. The move was about 20 miles away. They did this work in one day and 3 mover came out to do this move for me. They were efficent, they took care of our furniture and wrapped it well to prevent damage. I did some pre-packing, but what was left over they helped with the rest of it.

The best thing that I can say that they did damage something and they went ahead and reimbursed me later. I had to prove the damage, replace the part and then send them the receipt. I talked to the manager/owner on the phone and he was understanding, responsive and didn't give me any trouble. The were hard working, but I had to be very much involved and apart of the move. I had to make sure that everything was pack and wrapped properly. I myself has most things packed and wrapped before they arrived. They did get the job done.

They were great. They helped us move from a condo to a house. The distance was about a mile. They did help us with some packing. 4 workers helped us move and it took all day. They were really nice, hardworking and very careful with our belongings.

It went well. The team in LA, where I was moving from, were on time. They were professional and were really efficient. The main guy in the team that received my delivery was okay. He just seemed on the rush. When he looked at my stuff going into a smaller place, he made a comment and that didn’t kinda sit well with me. One guy was nice and sweet. He really wanna get the job done. There were 4 guys and I each gave them tips. They worked hard. I had stairs for them to go up and down. The main guy did his job but I just think his attitude wasn’t great. They quoted me a higher price but I negotiated with them. If I’m going to use the company, I would rather have a new team than have the main guy on the receiving end.  When he saw that I gave them the tip, he became a little bit friendlier. He was just an impatient guy. I was so upset.

It went well. Great experience. Only bad thing is the truck wasn't big enough to hold all of my things. Had to rent a truck the next day to take the remaining items. But I did not have them come out ahead of time to do an estimate  (went with the hourly rate) so I take responsibility for that.
