PRT cool service inc is the absolute best to work with. They are communicative , professional and did an amazing job at replacing my AC. The quality of their work is truly great and my apartment feels like brand new , I’m sleeping much better ! I would recommend them to anyone needing AC service .

Easy comms with the office and quick service from a good and friendly technician for an emergency fix of a backed up line. Had the a/c back on quickly. I signed up for twice a year maintenance because I trust these guys.

Great experience with this provider! Our air conditioner was not cooling and he was at our home in a matter of 10 min. Was great at explaining what was going on and quickly fixed our problem. They also have a great maintenance plan that we became part of. I strongly recommend this company and we will be using them for all our needs going forward!
