One word comes to mind when I think of Pride Flooring - EXCEPTIONAL! Pride flooring was fantastic to work with for the recent re-flooring of our entire home. They were extremely attentive to detail and thorough. They knew we had a tight timeline and got the job done even faster than they originally promised. Mike, Joe and Brent were fantastic and always made themselves available to us. They were always very informative and ready to help whenever possible. We certainly trust them and will be working with them again in the future. They have earned a customer for life!

Absolutely could not come up with one negative comment about Pride Flooring. This family owned business certainly has a lot to be proud of. They were recommended by a friend after we had a very bad experience the last time we installed laminated flooring. They provided us with options that we did not even know existed that solved all of the issues of the previous product. They went to great lengths to make sure that both the sales process and the installation were 110% to our satisfaction. True Professionals in every aspect of their business.

I HIGHLY recommend Pride Flooring!!!! I can't say enough good things about them -- from their professionalism to their kindness and patience in the flooring selection process. EVERYONE I came in contact with at Pride Flooring was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. Mark was terrific and his estimate of the amount of flooring and baseboards needed to complete the job was absolutely accurate. I am so glad I agreed to his suggestion to change the baseboards all over my house -- it really looks great and makes a big difference in the look of the tile! And because his estimate was so accurate, there was no overcharging for additional product that was not used or wasted!!! Their installation team (I was lucky enough to get two teams working on that day - Bryan, Brett, Clint, Daniel and Joel) -- was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! They did a spectacular job installing the baseboards and the flooring; they were clean and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. They were fast and efficient, and nothing I asked them to do was too much trouble -- they were happy to help. They were all courteous and respectful and they went out of their way to ensure that I was pleased with the job and that I was happy with the flooring I had selected. Joel even fixed a mark on my front door that I made, and Brett fixed a chip in my tile that I think the painters did!! Bryan worked with a bad back and did his job beautifully; Clint was quiet and efficient; and Daniel was everywhere helping with anything that needed to be done. Pride Flooring should be proud of their wonderful installers. I feel so lucky that I selected Pride Flooring and I will definitely use them again as I change other flooring in my home. It is so rare in this day and age to find a company that cares so much about their customers. And they really do take "Pride" in their work. By the way, I LOVE the floor -- it has completed transformed the look of my home!

We contacted this company because they had very good reviews in Angie's list. We called to get and estimate and the person that answer the phone, Mike, provided excellent service and professionalism. At the showroom, we talked to Marc, who gave us so much good information we ended up changing our minds about the type of flooring we originally wanted to install. Marc worked with us throughout the permitting process and he was extremely accommodating. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days, which, considering the restrictions of our condo association, was really a record time. We were completely satisfied with this company. From the sales to the final installation, they did an excellent job....and we are not easy to please customers. We will use them again and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Everything went owesome. Very perfessional and great staff. I recommend them very much if you want a job done right.

Fast to respond. Pricing was better than Dolphin Carpet, decent price. Tile price was higher than DoIphin Carpet, but maybe Pride quality was better. Hard to tell especially not being a tile expert. Installation went smooth. Overall good experience. Would use them again.

They were able to closely match the carpet very closely to the other carpet in the condo. I have very picky renters and they were happy with the carpet.

All I can say is thank heavens I found Pride Flooring. I have been looking for Laminate Plank Flooring for a few years , but couldn't find anyone that I really felt comfortable with. As soon as I went into Pride Flooring & spoke to Mike, I just knew I was in the right place. They are a family owneed business for 38 years. They could not be more helpful from beginning to the end. They always were willing to answer my questions, & worked diligently to get me within my budget range. Their sons do the installation, no strange contractors coming into your home. Pride Flooring was one of 3 or 4 Co. Checked for laminate installation Great job,Joe was great, installation well done.

I was under a deadline to refinish my bathroom and Mark was able to meet my deadline. He helped me set up a timeline and promptly sent someone out to measure for the tile and sent all the paperwork necessary for my condo association to approve the modification immediately. Next some of the contractors that work for his business and removed all of the bathroom fixtures to put down the soundproofing. The next day, two tiling contractors came to install the tile. They were very nice and worked very quickly to install the tile, vanity, sink and toilet. They did a fantastic job, however I later noticed that one of the tiles next to the toilet was cracked. I called Mark to let him know and he sent one of the tile contractors out to fix the tile right away. After fixing the tile, my bathroom looked perfect, especially after removing the tile and fixtures that had been in place since the late 80s (ugh!). I now have a modern looking bathroom!

My experience with Pride Flooring was excellent from beginning to end. At the showroom, Joe was helpful, patient, and professional. He answered all of our questions and showed us a range of wood flooring options from several manufacturers. Throughout the process, I always believed that he was helping us to choose the flooring that would best meet our needs and not trying to sell us the most expensive product available. Simply put, he made the process easier. The installers--Brett, Daniel, Clint, Joel, and Bryan--were equally outstanding. While I was originally told that this would be a two-day job, when they learned of our tight schedule they made sure to have the job done in a day. They were pleasant and professional the entire time, and their work was excellent. My wife and I especially appreciated that they checked with us regularly during the installation, asking about our preferences and explaining the process. As I result, we now have a beautiful floor. I called Pride Flooring and spoke to Joe. I told him I was looking for carpet for a very small staircase landing, 3 steep steps and a pretty decent sized closet. We are having a baby and wanted to wrap up the last little bit of our home renovation ASAP. Joe came out a couple of days later and was very professional. He measured the area and we selected the type of carpet we wanted from the samples he brought. Because it was such a small area, he suggest remnant pieces to carpet the area to save us money. That was a real plus! With a baby coming, that's exactly what we wanted to hear. We weren't picky when it came to color as long as it was a neutral beige. He suggested we stop by the shop to pick out the exact piece of carpet, but being that we weren't crazy about the actual color, we told him we trusted his judgement to pick out a similar beige to the sample he showed us. He did. The carpet is beautiful and better that I imagined it would look. The guys came out to install at the time they were scheduled to (maybe a little early, but that's perfectly fine) and did a great job with the installation. I am so pleased with the professional service Pride Flooring provided and I will certainly recommend them to friends and use the again for our future flooring needs.

We had an excellent experience with Pride, both the hardwood flooring specialist, Joe, and the installation team. Joe responded quickly to our request for a quote and assertively kept us up-to-date on the delivery schedule. But the installation team was the real star: friendly, courteous and professional. They worked well together, left their work areas spotless, and took the time to explain to us how to care for the new flooring. We would definitely use Pride Flooring again. a

Professional and punctual service. The worked for over an hour but only charged for an hour. Would use them again and recommend them to others. Most of all they actually cleaned up afterwards.

they actually did more than replace the flooring. this was in the kitchen and involved adding flooring where a built-in refrigerator had been so they helped shave down and recaulk the vertical molding that was damaged when the old fridge was removed to make room for the new fridge that was done the precious day by the company that we bought our new fridge from. Pride Flooring is a family run business and they take care of their employees. You know that by their interaction with their boss and their overall attitude.

The floors are beautiful but they left a BIG mess. Thank goodness we had not moved in our furniture. EVERYTHING in the house was covered completely with dust. One room need to be leveled out. There must have been something they could do about the dust. Every fixture in the house had to be cleaned, even the garage. I had to hire someone to come in wipe all the walls & fixtures more than once. The situation was cleared up.

In or around November of 2012 I decided to redo the floors in my 2 story 2300 sq/ft home. I had tile downstairs and carpet upstairs. I contacted 4 different flooring companies to get an estimate for the job. Out of the 4, one never showed and one gave me an estimate over the phone. Of the other two companies that actually came to my house and measured, I chose PRIDE FLOORING to do the job. When I first called, I spoke with Marc Amore. Marc came to the house and was very friendly, helpful, and patient. He answered all my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and offered several suggestions. Marc seemed genuinely interested in the job even when I told him that I was looking to begin work several months down the road. In January of 2013 I decided to hire PRIDE FLOORING. I called Marc and told him that I wanted to get the material ordered because I wanted to start the job in or around April. On April 8th, Bret (Marc's brother) and his crew arrived at the house and got to work. This was a big and messy job and it took about two weeks but it was very well worth it. Bret and his crew ( Julio, Brian, Joel, Daniel & new guy ) were professional, hard working, and very accommodating. I hovered around like a broken satellite and watched every detail of what was being done. When ever I had a question, or wanted something redone the crew would take care of it without any hesitation. They would take the time to explain in detail what was being done. I have to say, it wasn't an easy job but my hat goes out to the family owned and operated PRIDE FLOORING. When it was all said and done my floors looked amazing. I would definitely recommend PRIDE FLOORING to anyone. Not only are they professional but their quality is impeccable and they stand by their work.

During installation, the workers had tested various places on the concrete with a moisture meter and mentioned that where the moisture meter indicated elevated moisture they would put down additional glue for the wood floor. The floor was installed in a professional manner and we were pleased with it at first. But after two weeks the floor began to buckle throughout the house. We called them and they sent someone over to look at the floor. They said that we must have had a flood in the house to make the wood buckle like that, and we of course did not have a flood. We have since had an engineer come and inspect the house who concluded that the flooring was improperly installed without an adequate moisture barrier between the concrete and the flooring. Turns out that the concrete had a lot of moisture in it and that the glue they used to install the floor was water soluble. Pride is refusing to return our money for there improper installation.
