Pride Flooring

It went very well. Three young gentlemen (Manny '1', Manny '2', and Jordan) came very promptly at 9 am and worked continuously, professionally, and courteously for about 6 hours. They set up their equipment in the yard, which was fine. The flooring looks beautiful. We truly are very satisfied with the outcome and with the professionals who worked on the job, including the salesman Joe.

Joe was phenomenal. If you need a company to do a unbelievable job , get these guys!!! We did this work thru hurricane Matthew and company was still able to get work done on deadlines. AAAA+++++

Marc came out and measured and had an estimate for me the next day, including the Angie's List discount. The flooring I wanted < both plank and tile> had to be ordered from the manufacturer. When the material arrived, I was called to set up the time for the job. The total job took 3 and 1/2 days, one day entirely for demo. The crew was very neat, took care of trash removal and generally did an all around excellent job. I am very pleased with the results.

Laminate and finish looks great. The company did the installation on time and their installers were tidy and professional.

The excellent reviews sent us to Pride flooring and we were not disappointed. Met with Joe who was courteous and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the products. The installation crew showed up on time, worked hard to make sure the finished floor looked good and meet with our approval.

Last month Pride Flooring installed vinyl flooring and baseboards in my home. They did an amazing job! It was a great experience from beginning to end. Joe in particular was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. All of the questions and concerns I had pertaining to my project were addressed effectively and in a timely manner. It is obvious that customer satisfaction, professionalism, and the quality of work and products they sell is of utmost importance to them. This company truly does take pride in their work and I would highly recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.

Although we were not crazy about the price - it was a bit higher than what we were quoted at other stores - we were sold on their reviews since we previously had a bad experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Pride Flooring definitely lived up to the expectations in that they were very professional, responsive and provided an accurate estimate of how long the job would take. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.

Having hired Pride Flooring was the best decision I could make in regards my flooring. I did a lot of homework before hiring them and I received higher and lower quotes, but I felt more comfortable with the knowledge, reviews and customer service they provided prior hiring. I visited them at their showroom to have my wife look at all laminate products and they were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient with us, I asked many questions and they were all answered. The installation came earlier than expected (with prior notification and approval from me), and it was performed perfectly. Their team works very well, very professional and take pride in their work (LITERALLY). They kept me involved and consulted me things that would affect my installation, kept my house clean while they worked and didn?t rush anything - my floors look AMAZING. Our home looks amazing! and I?m extremely happy that I made the right decision here. Do yourself a favor and HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will take care of your home like it's their own. I have recommended them to all my friends and if I ever need any other services I won?t hesitate to contact them. Our experience with Pride was very good, but we ultimately used a general contractor who could incorporate it into the overall job. No complaints with Pride.

Marc was a great person and salesman. He came out and gave me a quick estimate for the Plantation Shutters. We have moved on to someone else, but will consider Pride Flooring in the future. Nice place and nice people.

They did a fantastic professional job. It took two and a half days to complete. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I started collecting quotes for bamboo Roman shades back in April, but I realized that we needed to wait and save a little more money before ordering them. I went with Pride because Marc made me feel comfortable, explained all of the products and prices clearly, and I just liked his demeanor the best. When I called again in September to move forward with things, Marc honored the price he quoted me in April, even though the price went up a little over the summer. He came again to the house to double check the measurements, and then he kept me updated on the status of my order during the wait time. Marc came and installed the shades himself today, and it was done in about an hour. What a difference these beautiful shades make in my home! I could not be happier with the professionalism of this company, and I would recommend them heartily to anyone.

Starting with Joe the salesman, it was very professional service. Joe was very honest with me and explained all the issues the installers might encounter during the job. He also gave me options for fixing certain planks. It was not an upsale, as fortunately the installers were able to work through the issues with no additional cost. The installers arrived on time and were very curteous and professional. The took pride in their work and gave me advice as to how to clean the floor in the future. The floors now looks amazing!!! I would highly recommend them.

Very nice people, both sales people and installers. They spent time with me and got many samples for me to review. Once I chose what I wanted they promptly ordered it and installed it according to the schedule they gave me. The installers did a great job.

Joe came out and I explained my flooring needs. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He recommended vinyl planking, as I have 3 small dogs who do not necessarily make it to the wee wee pad. After researching the product and getting quotes from others, I decided to go with Pride Flooring. The "crew" came on time and was very professional. They all knew the trade well. They were kind enough to put the felt pads I had bought on each and every piece of furniture, as to not scratch the new flooring and to make the furniture much easier to manipulate. As the job was being completed, they often asked me "are you happy with the way it looks" and I responded yes. It is beautiful. A set of closet doors was being difficult to close. They would not leave my house without me being satisfied to remedy the problem with the doors. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day. I would highly recommend Pride Flooring to all my friends. The job they did is outstanding! It was nice to find out that the company has been owned by the same family for years and many family members work for the company. You don't find that too much theses days.

If I had one word it would be awesome! I purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the carpet upstairs and the stair case and I search everyplace in south florida for the best product and price with installation included and I found none better then pride flooring. Joe was very knowable about the different types of flooring and spent time explaining to me and my wiife. No matter what the question he had the answer. They have there own installers and where very flexible when they did the installation and even worked on Saturday to get the job done. Maybe the best praise I could give is I recommended them to my mother to do her house as well.Great company and better employees Thanks

Very good initially; however, when problem developed subsequent to the initial installation company did honor its warranty.

Service was excellent. I can't stress enough how pleasant it was to use Pride Flooring; completely stress-free. They took care of EVERYTHING very efficiently. They were punctual, very polite, and professional. I am recommending them to everyone.

So pleased with the work done that I ordered custom roll up shades for large patio window; which after long research,found Pride had the best price for the same product found at much higher price point. Window covering installation was quick and neatly done. I will be contracting Pride Flooring in the near future to complete my renovation project. Thank you Pride Flooring (Mike, Mark, Bret, Manny )and all who worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the end result. Brett and Daniel were very informed about flooring and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have them working in my home.
