I hired Priceless Roofing to replace and install a new flat roof on my house. Angel was the project manager who initially gave me the estimate and handled all aspects of this project. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions, texts and calls. The team worked efficiently and picked up after themselves keeping the area around the house as neat and tidy as possible during the installation and afterwards. I highly recommend using Priceless Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

Thought we needed a new roof but Angel came out to give my mom an estimate and he was very upfront and honest and said a new roof was not needed. He told me what minor repairs needed to be made and to hold off on a new roof. I highly recommend him for his honesty and professionalism.

I picked 5 "A" rated companies from Angies list to give me an estimate on my roof because I had a small leak. Getting the estimate proved to be a challenge. First, I called Priceless on 5/1/18 and left my name, ph#, and address only. Angel Cardoso called me back on 5/2/18 and told me he had all the information he needed from me about my problem, however it turns out that he had me confused me with another client in Homestead and it took a little time to sort that out. He said he would come on Monday 5/7/18. At around 2 pm on Monday I called and left a message asking when he would come because I hadn't heard from him. Around 6 pm Angel called back and said I should have called earlier and reminded him of the appointment (Which I did), and he also said he had a family emergency and apologized and set up the estimate for first thing Tuesday morning, 5/8/18. He was a no-show on Tuesday morning so I called around 1pm and left a message, but Angel did not return my call. On Wednesday 5/9/18 around 4 pm Angel calls me and asks if I still want the estimate, because he is in the area. He also asks why I didn't call him on Tuesday morning to "Remind Him" that he had made an appointment with me that day!! Really??? Luckily I am home all this week otherwise I would have wasted 3 days waiting on him to show up. Even with GPS he says he got lost coming to my house because he put in the wrong address. I told him where my leak was and he said it was very common and he knew everything about fixing a leak like that. He didn't even get on the roof to look, He didn't come into the garage to see the ceiling leak area, and he didn't go into the attic to see the extent of the problem (which was very minor), which most of the other roofing estimators had done. He told me that that particular leak was very expensive to fix and showed me (from the yard) how much of my tile roof he needed to dismantle to fix it. In reality most of the other estimators described a MUCH smaller area to dismantle to find the leak and fix the problem. The other estimators ranged in price from $1,200 - $1,850 to fix the problem. Angel sent me an estimate for $3,800!!!! If this much confusion and unreliability are present in the estimation process, I can only imagine what the actual work is going to be like. And add to it an estimate over twice what many other A rated roofing companies are asking, without even bothering to assess the damage first hand??? No thanks Priceless.
