Perfection!! Roof looks like brand new! Neighbors were impressed and one came over to request an estimate for his house! If you have Black Olive trees in your yard you understand how filthy they make your roof!! Soft wash treatment is preventative to hinder spore growth for 2-3 yrs.Something new that have not been offered by other companies before. Very respectful of property and foliage/potted plants. Most impressed and most definitely reach out to again!!

WOW, what a difference! Brent and Felix did an excellent job, could not be happier. They even cleaned the sidewalk and my front porch chair! I live under 2 large oak trees and the pollen and leaf drop is considerable breeding all kinds of mold, mildew and algae stains EVERYWHERE. This process cleaned it all up. Highly recommend.

My roof is 15 years long of and was looking very bad, the shingles were a beige color. The roof was black. Shawn came out and gave a fair price to soft wash the roof. He set up a time and the crew was there on time and did a great job. He followed up several days later to make sure all was good. I would definitely recommend Precision Wash!!!
