Description of Work: Replaced the conductor and a fuse on my compressor.

 + -1 moreI called them at 7AM and was advised that they would arrive between 11AM and 12PM. I explained that I had to have them out of the condo before 2PM and I need assurance he could be here on time. Otherwise I would need to make arrangements with another AC repair provider. I called at 12:15 as no one had arrived and was advised that they could not make it any time before 3PM. I reminded him that I needed the condo empty by 2PM. They were non-apologetic about not being able to make it and essentially hung me out to dry.
Description of Work: PONS-AIR has serviced my air conditioner before. I live in a condo and PONS-AIR installed the AC units. I found their number on a sticker attached to my control unit. I called to have my AC checked as it was blowing, but not cold.
