 + -1 moreIt went great. He was punctual and did the job while I was not home. He went to may backyard with my authorization so I did not know when the work was being done. All I know is that the end job results was excellent. We are very pleased with the results and Bob's advice he gave us.
Description of Work: Cleanout, replace pump, replace mechanical filter, replace UV filter, placed bamboo tubing to bypass waterfalls, put in plants, fish, and got bacteria and algae control, put gravel.

 + -1 moreHow can you improve on perfection? This company has the true interest of the client at heart. After calling them when the pond pump stopped working, and worrying that the fish in my pond would die from lack of oxygen, Bob immediately came out to diagnose the problem. He is extremely professional, gregarious, and knowledgeable, and it is his goal to satisfy all of his customers. His prices are very reasonable and he even comes back to make sure everything is working properly and the customer is happy. I highly recommend Pond Maintenance.
Description of Work: Replaced the pond pump which had not been working correctly for some time, but only after attempting to repair it.

 + -1 moreI asked him if he could give a reduction on the price granted the job wasn't as complicated as he had mentioned. He steadfastly refused and I had to chase him down for a receipt or invoice for the probate court. I honestly think that this pond maintenance gig he has is some sort of side job he has. I would definitely not refer or use him again
Description of Work: Unfortunatley I accepted the 450 dollar estimate thinking that it would entail 2 men all day long. Robert Larsen was not very professional he diidn't have the supplies that he needed in his vehicle. Afterwards he said he had to do an inspection and buy some supplies to do the job. I figured I paid him about 80.00 an hour for this job. He did the job himself in about three to four hours.
