+ -1 moreIt is now 2 years into our remodel......and we are even happier now that when the work was done!!! Thank-you Pinnacle Restoration!!! Mike also remodeled my parents condo in Ft Lauderdale. I have to note that it was the same team of workers that did our place which I liked very much. I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone in need of remodeling.
Description of Work: Mike Lancina was our project manager for a full bathroom and kitchen remodel. He has a dedicated team of laborers who specialize in all areas and phases of condo and home remodeling. We went with him because he was reasonably priced, spoke both english and spanish and promised and delivered on overseeing the remodel from beginning to end. Specifically he redisigned our bathroom from head to toe!!! We had travertine tile installed from floor to ceiling and the guy who did the work was absolutely impeccable. Mike also suggested that we build a tiled seat in the shower and that was something we would have never thought of.....and use it every day!!! In our kitchen Mike oversaw the resurfacing of our cabinets with lament, installed granite countertops and backsplash in addition to a stainless steal sink. We had a very limited budget in a area that is super strict on pulling permits (Miami Beach). With Mike overseeing the process everything was practically seamless.
