+ -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The salesman, Roland Rojas, who is the sales manager, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, explaining in as much detail as I wanted (and I am very detail oriented.) He was honest and did not try to sell me more than I needed in terms of features. The workmen who came out to install the unit were extremely professional, arriving on time and cleaning up nicely afterwards. I was very impressed that I got follow-up calls regarding my satisfaction. In fact, Roland offered to come out if I needed, to review using the unit. Though the unit is expensive, I did check around first and I know that I got a fair price, esp. since it included a ten years parts and labor warranty. The price was after a $710 FPL rebate. I've been very pleased with the unit, it works quietly and efficiently and my electrical bills have gone down.
Description of Work: Pilar Services furnished and installed my 5 ton 17 seer, super Hi efficiency Trane air conditioner (with heat strips). It included the Trane Digital 2 stage thermostat, air handler with stand and over flow switch.

+ -1 moreMY HUSBAND USES THIS COMPANY THROUGH HIS WORK. SO WHEN WE NEEDED A NEW AC UNIT PUT IN OUR HOME, HE FELT COMFORTABLE USING THEM TO INSTALL IT. WE HAD PURCHASED IT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO INSTALL IT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW AIR CONDITIONER.
