After receiving estimates from a few companies who manufacture and install framed mirrors, the decision came down to the person selling me the job. James was able to understand OUR needs and make suggestions, rather than what THEY wanted in our bathrooms. Customer service means a great deal to me and James was able to make changes to the frame after we changed our minds and went in a different direction. This was done without hesitation and the results were great. From estimate, to delivery, and to installation, Picture Perfect has earned my trust and confidence as an outstanding company based upon their products and service.
