Moved into a new house that had been vacant for a while and there were spiders and ants everywhere. Called Jay from PestMaster and they immediately came out to do the service. I was surprised to see him scrape all the exterior walls to remove any spider webs before applying any chemicals. I was so impressed that I signed on for a years worth of service. I have never seen an exterminator take so much time to make sure everything was done correctly, he literally took over an hour, usually exterminators are in and out in a matter of minutes. They even guaranteed their work and although it was not necessary he made sure I knew that they would come back free of charge if I continued seeing insects in the house. Highly recommended.
