Our first conversation was very informative, he provided credential and scheduled our appointment - time and day was convenient. He followed up the day before. Once on property he was professional and respectful of the people present, our personal belongings and our home and yard. We received our appraisal within the timeframe promised. Very lackadaisical in approach...Use comps of a neighborhood in no way affiliated with the home. A less desirable neighborhood. Appraisal came in lower than previous appraisal completed months before(despite having multiple additions added to the property) If you want a lazy appraisal that lowers the expected value of your property ...Penser is the top choice. Penser's explanation when I provided comps in the appropriate neighborhood(down the block from the property) was that the comps I provided had renovations and stainless steel appliances...precisely what our property had...Just lazy appraisal...Stay away from this group if you want a true appraisal. Paid for next day service...received horrific appraisal and after asking Penser to review...5 days later received lazy answer above

Looked up this company and asked for a huge favor. Needed an appraisal within 24 hours for a divorce case. Not only did they come thru but the customer service was amazing.

I had an emergency and they came through for me. Luis got it for me within 2hrs. I paid a little extra for the service but it was worth it
