Quickly responded; quickly performed. Did find a couple typos on the final report and notified vendor. Vendor quickly corrected the report and delivered new document with swift turnaround time. Very pleased with the work and attitude.

My experience with Penser Appraisal was very,very good.Mr Penagos is a top appraiser who compared my condo with many other condos and gave me a very documented report (31 pages) The low point was Angi/Home advisor: With their No-reply email address,I could not communicate with them and did not find their email address.Hope that Angi will publish a public email address to please their customers. Please note that all these kind of businesses ' s (like Thumbtack) APPLICATIONS DO NOT WORK IN CANADA.These companies ( Home advisor,Angie, Thumbtack,etc) must publish the email addresses of their different contractors, so that ,we, customers, can reach them easily....

Very professional arrived on time and a fare price.

I spoke to Luis requesting a home appraisal for a private sale. When it came in I believed it was high. I reached out to him with my concerns. I was disappointed in his untimely response as well. I then began my own research with neighboring comps vs the ones he used. I failed to understand why my home was compared to homes with swimming pools as well as considerable less square footage, vinyl vs stucco. Also a home that sold only three months earlier that was 4 doors down from me was not. When presented with this question, his reply was it wasnâ t within the prior 12 months when it was clear it was. He emailed me after two weeks with an unsatisfactory reply. Wish I had used someone else.

Responsive, courteous & respectful! Luis called and texted immediately. Our first conversation was very informative, he provided credential and scheduled our appointment - time and day was convenient. He followed up the day before. Once on property he was professional and respectful of the people present, our personal belongings and our home and yard. We received our appraisal within the timeframe promised. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
