It is not the fault of your excellent appraisers that the price of the house is so depressingly low. Especially when people like myself put hard earned money into modernizing or just making everything work properly. I am upset , as I am sure most homeowners are, that all the love , energy, care, hard work, and money we placed into our homes has been dissipated by the government and bankers.Too bad we ,as well as you do not have control over the theft of our properties, supposedly protected by our constitution.
