Luis was super nice, called me within an hour of emailing a request for an appraisal service, was accommodating in working with my schedule needs, arrived exactly on time, did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said he would do it in. The results took longer then expected, but that was based on the comps.

Luis strived to satisfy the customer. The appraisal of my property was not an easy one since my neighborhood is very mixed in the age, type and condition of homes, however I felt he managed to develop an accurate appraisal. He worked over the weekend to complete the appraisal since it took slightly longer than he had anticipated.
