very unprofessional and not reliable. I had to call many time to ask about the status of my appraisal, because he forgot to reply to my calls. The estimate of the appraisal to low in comparison of other properties already sold in the same Community. Those property sold at a higher price few improvements. He was not considering that my property IS a TURNKEY property.

Very prompt. In our first conversation, he made gave me some sound advice even though at that time he thought I was going to need to go elsewhere for business (had to do with VA specs). He told me watch to watch out for, and what to expect. He also told me what the average pricing I should expect to pay for the kind of appraisal I thought I needed. Very personable and respectful. Listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Forgot one thing that was to be included, but had the updated appraisal to me in a few hours. As far as "value for money," since I am inexperienced with these kinds of things, I have only word of mouth from a few different sources which all seem to indicate Pensar is reasonably priced, even better than a two of my realtor friends had suggested that I would probably have to pay. Thank you for your honesty and fairness!

They still have not provided the service I paid for. Cashed the check minutes after I gave it to them, but did not deliver the goods. Very disappointed.
