This appraisal was for a single family residence in Delray Beach, Fl. I found Luis on the internet and the whole transaction was completed electronically. Luis was easy to work with and professional. There was a bit of a leap of faith when I sent him a check before the appraisal was complete but Luis sounded professional and honest. The report was completed timely and was comprehensive. Would highly recommend!
