That was one of the worst mistakes I made by hiring this guy. Not only the work he did was sloppy he took forever before he released our home appraisal report, which was totally off compared to other professionals in the same field. Please stay away from this guy (by the name Luis ******* Penagos) for any home appraisal report you might need to generate !!!!

Luis was excellent!! He was very thorough in his evaluation and even took the extra time to ask me about all the modifications I had made to my property in order to take this into account when evaluating the property value. He was always available when I called him. He sent me the completed appraisal within the time frame he had promised. He s a man of his word and we all now that s not easy to find these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I m extremely happy with the results!!

Very Professional, quick response to my request and receiving final appraisal.

He lied and told me he was familiar with the area my house is in. The pictures of what he claims are comparable to my house are laughable. I would like to know the addresses of these houses he claims are comps. Very unhappy with Penser Appraisers. I made a terrible error taking this company from HomeAdvisor list of appraisers and a waste of $450.00
