The work done by Penser Appraisals was extremely professional, informative, transparent, and thorough. Luis explained what he was doing at every step of the way, and asked questions pertinent to the upgrades made to my home, and/or new appliances purchased. I would highly recommend Penser Appraisals for any project large or small. They are very professional and deliver on time as promised. Luis Penagos was the Appraiser assigned to my property, and he was extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhood. He arrived on time as scheduled and communicated throughout the process right up until the appraisal report was delivered to me via email. A++

Our communications were fast and he had my appraisal for unimproved residential land done in a week. The comps were similar and within a 5 mile radius. Appraisal price seemed a little high from my experience in a different state and from his company's website, but I'm guessing they added a little to pay homeadvisor's comission. Overall, not a big deal.
