This appraiser was professional and took his time at the property taking measurements and noting all upgrades to property from the time homeowners took possession. Thank you for timely report and professionalism.

Our communications were fast and he had my appraisal for unimproved residential land done in a week. The comps were similar and within a 5 mile radius. Appraisal price seemed a little high from my experience in a different state and from his company's website, but I'm guessing they added a little to pay homeadvisor's comission. Overall, not a big deal.
