Penser Appraisals

Luis was very prompt in setting up an appointment and was able to appraise my property soon after I contacted him. He included photos of my home, tax records and other information as well as photos of the comparables. I am not sure at this point how to rate Penser since I do not agree with the value specified in the appraisal. This is the first professional appraisal I have had done on a home and have no prior experience with it. I am selling my home and think possibly I need to remove the clutter, improve the yard, etc. before placing it on the market. I will only be able to tell if the appraisal was accurate after the sale of the house.
