Description of Work: Nick Molinaro, its not just an excellent professional but also a great individual, easy to work with, attentive, punctual and very responsible. I had network connectivity issues as well as new equipment that needed installation. We encountered some tough challenges along the way due to a prior sonic wall firewall that I had but Nick worked his way through and got the job done. He added even more value to his service by recommending solutions to my household such as internet security and content filtering. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very good and reliable computer technician at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Nick from PC Repair trust came to my place of business soliciting business for computer repair work, while here he informed me that he also worked on website design. I then hired him to create a wordpress website for me. The time frame was suppose to be three weeks to complete the project. After three weeks only maybe 5 tasks (and im being generous) were completed from the 17 tasks on the proposal. One task was having my domain name put under my name, Nick said this was completed but that was not the case and i had to end up doing that work on my own. I also had to basically beg and plead with Nick after i fired him to be sent my log in and passwords for my wordpress and media temple accounts. It was a horrible and very discouraging thing to happen. I have worked on my website on blogger for over a year and i take it very seriously, i trusted Nick to complete a job for me and i feel completely taken advantage of. The total price was suppose to be $800 and i paid him more than half $550 and the website is not even half completed. Besides this there were two occasions where Nick disappeared for over two days. I left voicemails, emailed and sent text messages and Nick did not respond until he felt like it, which was two days later in both occasions. It was completely unprofessional and one of the worst experiences i have ever gone through. At the end all i wanted was my access to my media temple and word press accounts, in reality i should have asked for at least half of my deposit back because hardly none of the work that we agreed on was completed. Be warned and be careful if you hire Nick or PC Repair trust to create a website for you or your company.

Description of Work: Nick determined that my fairly old Dell desktop could not be economically repaired because of a broken disc drive and, more important, corrupted hard drives. He transferred the data to a new Dell desktop and, even without my asking, created folders for my most important files.
