DON'T TRUST IN PALACE INTERIOR; please NEVER work with it. The curtains were small because of poor measurements (taken by their salesperson), and now they want a new full payment. I lost my initial cost, and they insisted that the error was that a decorative frame was removed after they came. But the window ( where I insisted the blind should be on) is the same. So, they want to charge me for the mistake. (The first job they did for me took a long time, but after so much talking, they were able to install my motorized curtains, and now, in this second job, this is happening.) They lost the client and left a terrible impression. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I contacted Palace Interior and I was greeted by a wonderful lady that set up a SAME DAY appointment. I loved how fast and efficient that was. I was sent out a rep he explained everything in detail and was very patient with me. I loved working with them I had called the office to ask a couple of questions that I wasn't sure about and everyone was so nice and helpful. They Installed my blinds about a week and a half after I made the order which was before the promised date, (another A+ from me). I definitely recommend them 10 out of 10.

The sales rep that came out to my house for my free estimate (Jorge) was great he was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me find a solution for a small space in my home office. The installer that came out only spoke Spanish but it didn't get in the way of my installation he did a great job in cleaning up after himself. This is my first time using them but I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Salesman was very professional. Installer did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we both made the effort to communicate effectively. We have a large slider in the family room. The verticals were too long so the installer removed the verticals, removed the header and placed it higher, replaced the verticals and all seemed well. A couple of days later, the verticals were dragging the ground so I called Palace Interiors who sent to young men out; they removed the verticals, trimmed the bottoms and rehung them. They then informed me I could do this myself, not. Then the verticals were dragging again. Palace sent out the original installer who removed the verticals, installed additional metal holders into the wall to support the header and rehung the verticals. Then they verticals drug the floor again. Again Palace Interiors sent out the original installer who removed the vertical, removed the header, removed the metal brackets from the wall. I gave him putty to patch the numerous holes in the wall and lowered the header into the strongest part of the door header and rehung the verticals and also tightened the then extremely loose cord. That finally resolved the issue. BUT. Then a vertical fell out and cannot be rehung because the top has a piece broken out and it will not hold. Last week I contacted Palace Interiors and they said they would send it over to repairs and have someone contact me. No one did. So I called today and the young woman explained that I had passed my year guarantee. I explained that I hadn't even lived here a year yet (6 months to be exact); she said her mistake I was under warranty but that I would have to bring the vertical to Miami and I live in Coral Springs or it would cost me $80 and was then told these were all independent contractors. Originally the salesman said they would like to break into the Coral Springs market; not if this is the way they do business.

had to keep my eyes real close on the installer; first he wanted to use the brackets from previous blinds to make his job simpler instead of using new ones. He had to undo one entire blind because the cord got stuck (great quality) and couldn't pull blind upward. Installer kept asking me how much money I made ( professional)at least three times. Less than 24 hours after installation the blinds in my bedroom sliding door got stuck so I couldn't exit to the balcony. I called the company and I was told the sooner the installer could come was the following tuesday( three days later); of course they had taken my money already so I had no choice. The installer never bother to call my house. A week later I called them to let them know I would not recommend their services nor call them again in the future.

Initially, the installer came by and installed fake wood blinds despite my having paid for two wood blinds. I called the company and they confirmed they made an error. Since then, they have come out four times and delivered the wrong color blinds. I paid for Mahogany and the blinds are no where close to the color. It has been over one month and they still have not delivered the correct color. They are now claiming that is the color they have. It is not the correct color I chose on their palette. Their sales person Maria has come out and confirmed it's the wrong color and personally apologized for the mistake. However, the company will not accept responsibility and correct the problem. A horrible experience and I would never recommend this company.
