Description of Work: Discovered a termite infestation when repairing ceiling damage. I tried to get my exterminator to come out and they were no shows twice. I called Orkin, they came out within the hour, inspected, proscribed a spot treatment with a credit towards tenting if necessary. They performed the spot treatment three days later. Didn't' charge me until they finished. They spent nearly 3 hours crawling around the crawl space below and above my home. They had to drill in to a few places, but they patched up the holes. |While I won't know the final outcome, working with them was very positive; especially given the difficulties with the other provider.

+ -1 moreThe gentleman we have gives us a calendar with the approximate dates that he will return. He has all of his information on their including his personal cell number just in case we have to change the date. He always shows up within 15 minutes of the time scheduled. They bought out the company we used for 20 years prior to them and we like them better. They don't come inside and spray things. I had some trouble with some red ants in the front yard and he sprinkled some stuff on them and there was not extra charge. Chris is our technician and he does a good job.
Description of Work: We use them for our regular service which is quarterly.

Description of Work: Orkin comes once a month for a check up for the summer, it's a little less in the winter.

+ -1 moreI have used them for years and they are always reasonable with everything. They are thorough and have a great system that really works. The price is always reasonable and the staff is professional as well. They are easy to work with.
Description of Work: They come and spray our 3000 square foot home for household pests. They rotate the sprayings between the inside and outside on a monthly basis.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I USE THEM ONCE A YEAR TO KEEP BUGS OUT OF OUR HOME. THEY ALWAYS DO THE JOB QUICKLY, AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
