+ -1 moreIt didn't happen at all. Alex Novo (apparently this is a one man operation) did not return my first call until a second call and only after a few days. Even then, he didn't reach me but left a voice mail with a lame excuse. We traded voicemails, which resulted in my loss of confidence in his dependability. Lucky for me, my leak was not an emergency (which he did not know).
Description of Work: Did not hire this company.

+ -1 moreMr. Novo was prompt, courteous and he was always there to answer my questions and to remedy my concerns. Moreover, my roof has withstood several hurricanes without loosing any tiles, unlike many new homes in my neighborhood that have suffered severe tile damage!
Description of Work: Tile re-roofed in large home in 2001.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS CAME PREPARED AND MOTIVATED. THEY ALSO BROUGHT A HUGE DUMPSTER TO THROW AWAY RUINED PARTICLES. I HAD A LEAKING PROBLEM, AND THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATED PRICE OVER THE PHONE, AND IT WAS ACCURATE. THEY INSTALLED THE ROOF NEATLY AND SECURE.
Description of Work: TORE OUT OLD ROOF AND REPLACED OLD WOOD WITH NEW WOOD, AND THEY ALSO INSTALLED A NEW ROOF.
