 + -1 moreIt has been six months now, and he has never responded to my numerous voicemails and emails. I have filed a complaint with the state licensing board and also with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB website indicates that he has not responded to them either. My next step will be to file in small claims court in hopes of getting at least part of my money back, so that I can find someone else to install my door.
Description of Work: Mr. Alan Rodriguez. the president of Noble Development, met with me at my home, and we agreed that he would install a sliding glass door in my bedroom for $6000. I gave him a check for $3000, which he cashed, and that was the last time I saw or heard from him.
