No Equal Design Company

Horrible. We had just moved to our new Pent House and the first hurricane season the fabric of the 3 tents broke. he certainly came, recognized that the fabric (which he recommended) was not good and replaced it for a different one at no cost. The new fabric was not as pretty as the original but it was more resistant to the wind. At the same time, we noticed that all the wall brackets were oxidized. When I asked him why was that he said that he did not use stainless steel brackets. This apartment is in the intracoastal, didn't he see the water? The new brackets would cost around 3000$ that I had to pay, and this was a year after the original installation. His excuse for not using the customary and obligatory stainless steel brackets was that since I asked for a discount he decided to use chipper wallbrakets!!! And I have all this in writing!! I wish you could see the pictures of the walls with all the oxide. Plus, the new fabric did not tense as good as the original so the tent makes a metallic sound with the wind. This guy should be out of the market!! May be for a small job but not for something important. At the end I knew that he does not manufactures but subcontracts the service. In my experience he was the worst experience and the most irresponsible service I had in the whole renovation of the apartment. I would not hire him even for free!!!

From the beginning I knew this company was top notch. Niel knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel that this project will be accomplished in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The communications could not have been better. He updated me during the process and when he said he would be on the job, his crew was there. The finished product was magnificent. I strongly and highly recommend this company for all of your awning needs and whatever other services they decide to do in the future. Niel and "No Equal Design Company" are true professionals and completely reliable and should be the first choice of anyone considering their services.
