Scam - They use many fake reviews from overseas clickfarms to bait honest people into sending a deposit via Zelle - supposedly they can't use credit cards due to Covid-19... The real reason is that credit card companies don't tolerate scammers. My experience: When my 2006 Impala from NY to FL was NOT picked up by Sep 9th, 2020, I thought I would hear an apology and would get my $175 deposit back. Instead, Rosa is sending me to voicemail. Jacob, the sales guy, is gone and there is nobody taking responsibility for my loss and hassle for trusting the fake online reviews and the vain promises. Prepare to spend hours on the phone trying to hunt down who is behind the phone number, (954) 600-0060, you were told to send your deposit via Zelle. Check BBB and don't get fooled by the Facebook/Google fake reviews. If you get to speak with any of the scammers ask them about job order P948850 and see what they say. Also, another red flag, the staff there have no last names and they can't escalate to anyone above them... they keep sending you to voice mail. Fake owners on the Florida registration corporation - Nirit Asulin, Mirta Azar, and a bunch of phantom stooges who are unreachable.

Scammers do not do business with these unprofessional liars. They take your deposit then won’t give it back saying it was a brokerage fee even though you have signed paperwork with them. I’m not sure how they stay in business. After they can’t ship your car for the price that was agreed upon they argue with you and the customer service is horrible these people are the worst run away do not use them under any circumstances

PLEASE be warned these people are Bold Face Liars and Scammers do not do business with them!!!!! I ordered a car from Florida that was to be delivered to Maryland. On the initial conversation with the dispatcher she told me that there would be no hidden fees and no extra expenses and even put it in writing but not even the next day after they received their deposit they said that the driver needed an extra $50 to pick up the car.....So after she told me this I immediately said I’m not paying any more than what we agreed on....This dispatch woman persisted to argue with me back and forth very very unprofessionally, ghetto, and rude she definitely needs to be fired she is the worst and “supposedly” was the “manger”SMH speaks volumes about the company ....I then told her that I wanted a refund then was put on hold for a long period.... She then comes back and says that we have found a driver for what you agreed on paying.... So for the second I thought that maybe this might work out but how very stupid of me...The car was supposed to be delivered the next day.... Three hours away from delivery time I learned that the driver was told by NewWay moving upon arrival he would be getting an extra $50 on top of what we agreed to even after the conversation me and the dispatcher had.... I really wish I could post pictures to show you how these criminals work........Please Please Please don’t do any business with these people YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMEDIATELY.... If I could give a zero I would and all of the other post that you see with good reviews are FAKE and paid for by NEWWAY... I’m definitely reporting them to the BBB and any other services I can find to let these FRAUDS be exposed...

How did I miss the terrible reviews all over the Internet! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I called every day the week of pick up to make 100% sure pick up on the date set as I fly out the next day and guess what, NO SHOW! Both cell phones numbers for the driver are currently TURNED OFF. You can't make this up! The driver said he was 24 hours late due to LA traffic lol!!! Now I'm scrambling to find a new driver. Also how do you not have a dispatcher on call when you have pickups underway?!? AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought my husband a new classic beetle for his 60 birthday. New Way was highly recommended by the dealer I bought the car from. Got in touch with Laticia who was very professional and signed up my deal. Gyselle, the dispatcher, got my car on the truck the same day. Excellent service. Couldn’t ask for better.

I was verbally promised a delivery date for transport of my car. I agreed to a price over the phone. They took my credit card deposit over the phone, then sent the contract which had to be e-signed. I was told to hurry and sign it so they could quickly find a driver. Price on contract was correct, so I signed via iPhone. I did not read the fine print which changed the delivery date. I tried to back out of the contract, but they said I'd lose my deposit. The driver then called asking for $100 more than I was supposed to pay because New Way booked on his truck to make their delivery date knowing the driver would upcharge me. If I didn't exercise that option, they'd try to find a different driver, but that would push my delivery day out up to two weeks beyond what I was promised on the phone. I contracted with a driver independently, and had the car shipped on time, but when I tried to recoup my deposit based on the fact they had broken their verbal contract, they refused. I then wrote a negative review on Transport Reviews.com, and New Way went in and pulled my review citing that I was not a customer of theirs! Yes, their contract did say I would lose my deposit if I cancelled, but I only signed that contract AFTER giving them my deposit. This is a classic bait and switch company.
