Nel & Sons Air Conditioning

The tech was very professional, polite, and fixed the a/c. Can't ask for more.

Another company told me I needed a new air conditioner and all it needed was freon. That's why I'm gonna use them again. In fact, I think I would call them to you know, like just do a check-up on my A/C.

Excellent. The next day the repair guy came out and he said well it was a little dirty the unit outside he goes I cleaned it and he goes let me check inside, everything looks okay, he said you could probably use bigger unit but he said let me check the free on he goes oh your free on is a little low, he put in new free on and there went the problem. So I was very pleased with them and I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Lazarus visited the site in mid-July , was very friendly and offered many suggestions...but never sent a proposal of work / written estimate. For almost two months I followed up with phone calls and e-mails (Aug 7, Aug, 12, Aug 20) asking to see his proposal / estimate, and every time I was told it was forthcoming...but it never came. Either tell me you are not interested or send an estimate. Keeping a prospective client hanging for two months does not qualify as professional in my book.

My very old air conditioner was not cooling so i called Nell and Sons and they sent someone over the very next day to fix the problem. The air conditioner worked for about another 2 years before she finally died. i called them once again, and they gave me a great price on a new high efficiency unit. they installed fast and I have had no issues since. Nel and Sons are a pleasure to work with. i will definitely use them again.
