+ -1 moreImmediate response. The representative appeared on time for each organizational setting. She worked with me. We accomplished more together than I would have alone. I did buy a computer program that helped. Also I buy supplies at cost, but she brings them.

+ -1 moreGood experience overall. First time visitation fee $100.00 (quoted) and then hourly rates were given. (Initial fees would be subtracted from first appointment time, subtracted from work done. Hourly fees approximately $45-55.00/ hour, {if I'm not mistaken, call her to verify} for a minimum of 4 hour/day at time of job. Prices slightly expensive for me, but understandable in this field. Financial expense information very helpful and realistic. Ms. Herbert took the time to hear my needs and gave some great advised and solutions to my problems. Would consider using in the future.
Description of Work: No work was performed. I was given this persons name via Angie's list and had a very helpful and informative phone conversation with Kristin Herbert. Price quotes and job length estimations were supplied by Ms. Herbert. Very helpful information. She was very interested on how I found her, notified her about Angie's list.
