They have excellent customer service. Lisa was the lady who assisted me. She came out to my home and was very professional. She advised on the direction of the flooring. The installation was beautiful in a very difficult octagonal shaped foyer. They were able to level the wood floors to the existing ceramic tile. This installation was much cleaner and better than the previous wood floor installation I had with another company. The workers worked very clean. They brought their own garbage can. They came when they said they would and didn't stop until they finished the job. I was in a rush and they sent in extra people to get the job done faster.

Natural Wood Floors & Design were exactly on time. It is obvious they take a great deal of pride in their work. They did an awesome job on my floors and treated me wonderfully. I was blessed to have them.

Fabulous company, first rate products, and skilled craftsmen. Sales staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and made many visits to ensure exact specifications were understood and followed. Job was started and completed on time. Quality of work was exquisite. Workers were neat and job site was cleaned at the end of each work day. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
