When I spoke to them over the phone they said that they can definitely do the work I needed but when the man came out, as soon as he walked in and saw what the issue was he said that they didn't offer the kind of service I need. It was very disappointing because my comments are very specific so I don't know why they don't know what I need done before coming out. They charged me $95.00 just to came out and said that they would deduct it to the full amount of work if I hire them but I didn't end up using them.

The price was reasonable and fair; it was medium. They were punctual and personable. They came when they said they were going to come. There wasn't anything that I disliked. They did a good job. The quality of their work was very good.

Carlos was great. He said that he couldn't get to the job until until the next day because he was booked, unless it was an emergency, then he would have to charge a fee for it, be he could make it that night. It turned out that he got done with his big job early and was able to make it the same day as my call. He arrived, checked it out and the only thing he could see that the freon was a little low. He charged the system only as much as it needed to be. He spotted some other things, like cleaning, that our system could use. We decided to hold off for now on that until we know for sure that the system is working normally. The bottom line is that he made my problem his and did exactly what he needed to do to get the job done. I will DEFINITELY use him again and recommend him to my friends that need work done.

I requested an a/c repair. Parts and labor was $350. A friend had the same problem with repair was $150.

As our old A/C and heating unit died during a typical Miami summer, we panicked. After calling nearly 10 places who would not be able to replace a unit for up to four weeks, our neighbor suggested National Heat and Air since they had successfully replaced and serviced his unit. After our initial call, Carlos came by within a few hours to assess our problem, which was a big one. Not only was our 25-year-old unit dead, but the gas heater would need to be converted to electric as well and updated to code. Carlos provided, by far, the best price for a brand unit, with permits, which many other companies would not even apply for. Within days, Carlos and his team had removed, replastered, and replaced all components of our heating and air conditioning units, including rewiring, replastering and updated to building and hurricane codes. He even assisted with the paperwork for applicable FPL rebates. The subsequent Dade County inspector even commented on how great the work was. We were very, very pleased with the customer service, the quality of work, the efficiency of the crew, and our lowered FPL bills. It's not often to find a company as honest and hardworking as this.
