Jorge was wonderful, and very patient with us changing our minds a couple of times :) We used him for both our personal home and our rental property, and he and his crew did a great job. He was very responsive to our communications, and was very flexible when we made changes and added requests. I would (and will) use him again!

First, I was over charged for additional footage that does not exist the additional of 276 Square Feet (not including the 10% additional for waste). I realized about the overcharged when the floor installation was completed because I ended up returning boxes to the store, I called his attention, and I was giving a refund (make sure you check your square footage). I was not satisfied how the work turned out, the issue on this floor installation was that the floor ended up having a bubble where it needed a transition. The owner claim that due to the rain, and floor water damage the floor had expanded. Once several of the floor planks were removed NO water damage was found (pics). The owner explained that to have the "bubble" repair, the entire room needed to be reinstalled. We agreed on a payment amount to get the work done, removed the 317+ sq ft (14x22) from this room that supposedly was going to eliminate the bubble by the door entrance. When workers arrived and access the situation, it was concluded that the floor for this room needed not to be removed, instead the suggestion was to remove only the floor planks where the "bubble" laid and few more planks around the door entrance (bubble - damaged area). There is no doubt that the floor needed a transition, and it was installed, and 90 sq ft of floor planks removed around the bubble and not 317 sq ft. that I paid for it. Once this repair was done the bubble immediately disappear. I requested the owner to adjust the estimate from 317 sq ft to 90 sq ft, I offered to pay $500 and he refused to accept. His comment was that he needed to pay the day to his workers. He requested his workers to pick up and leave, once I agreed to get the job done he demanded cash ahead for the work which is against his company policy (50% deposit). I had pay with a check previously for first installation. Total repair cost for 2 hours of work not done well because it needed a transition from the very beginning, and 90 sq ft of floor reinstalling $700. If you are looking for detail floor installation, this is not the company. This company will be reported to BBB for not complying with his company policy.

Jorge and his team were great. Up front about costs, no hidden expenses, and the team brought enough manpower to get everything done in a day, even with a late start. Vinyl isn't hard to install, but they worked around the existing trim, the built-in closets and did a really good job completely redoing the entire second floor. They also had to rebuild the bottom step of the staircase to make everything fit and didn't charge extra for the work. Very pleased with the job and the price seemed reasonable compared to what we got by shopping around. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Owner is very responsive and professional. We were not happy with how the work turned out at first and he sent his workers to come back and redo the job. They did good job with laying floors in general areas but had difficulty with a curb that required wood. If you are looking for detailed oriented carpenters, this is not the company for you but they can do job well for just regular floors that need to be laid.

I talked to Jorge. He was very nice and helpful. He came right over to my cousin's home. He gave me a price right away. The man that did the flooring job was on time and did a terrific job. I talked to Jorge on the phone many times. Great Job. I live in MI. and the flooring was installed in Miami. I would use them again and again!

Excellent service. It took only one day to install my vinyl flooring to my whole first floor. The installers were very professional n knowledgeable of what they were doing. I couldn’t be happier with this company, from the day that I contacted them and spoke with Jorge all the through today’s installation. They honored their appointment and they showed up ready to work. Eduardo was very professional and friendly. As soon as he got to my house he began working and didn’t stop until the job was done, a true Pro. The stairs came out great and my wife will be happy.
