Dan found us the apartment, showed it, we fell in love with it and then had to go on a trip for work that took us out of town while the closing took place. We were actually out of town when the closing happened but he really took care of everything. Great guy, great work ethics!
Description of Work: Dan has been our realtor in three real estate transactions so far. The purchase and sale of our house and now the purchase of our condo. He is truly one in a million. Knowledgeable, friendly, on time, reliable, returns phone calls asap, just really a joy to deal with. He will not talk you into a deal just to make a commission but has your best interest at heart. We have recommended him to friends and family and be it the rental of an apartment or the sale of a million dollar house, he has always delivered. I wish there were more of his kind around.
