+ -1 moreExcellent experience from the first phone call thru installation. Charged by the hour (very fair hourly rate) but worked like he was charging by the job. That is, he worked fast, very efficient with no wasted steps. He even had to fix something the last plumber did wrong. A+

+ -1 morePerfectly. He even was able to remove the old one by himself! It's a large tank and I was stunned. I would be in traction for a week if I tried to do that. Also gave me tips on how to avoid having to replace in the future (protect from the elements etc.)
