+ -1 moreWe've had a great experience so far. My wife and I were very pleased with Randy's ability to play with different ideas and bring his own insights to the project. He works with modern tools and is extremely responsive. He became very familiar with Miami Shores code so that the project would get the blessing of the Zoning board. We are also happy that Randy brings a sustainable angle to the project and helps us make the appropriate selections.
Description of Work: Provided architectural design and plans for 900 sq ft. addition and some updates to existing home. Worked with Zoning board for approval. Provided MEP and structural plans as part of service. Currently providing consultation for next steps on General Contractor selection.
