Description of Work: Our oak trees were overdue for some attention and my husband and I obtained estimates from a few tree companies. We ultimately decided to go with Montero’s Tree Service for two reasons: First, the owner is a certified arborist that is part of the crew. Second, they have all the equipment necessary to access our backyard and the front of the house. They worked on our trees and we are very happy with the results. The trees look trimmed but natural which is what we wanted. They left the job well picked up after the work was completed. The crew worked safely and as a team. We would recommend this company to anybody looking for a well done job.

Description of Work: We needed 30 Palms taken care of (trimmed, cleared from the roof and fertilized)and the top of a 40 pine taken down. A lot of high bucket stuff. These guys are unbelievable! And. I got a great free education.

Description of Work: Orlando pruned a very large avocado tree, removed 2 small cirtus trees, removed a dead gumbo limbo tree and trimmed some other trees. He also took all the limbs, etc. away. He and his crew were professional and did more than we had contracted with him to do. Orlando is well educated and knows a lot about trees.

I have a corner lot and lots of arecas and white birds of paradise and these always need a lot of cleaning up. Mr. Montero is very knowledgable about trees and plants in general. We purchased our house mid 2009 and the trees were overgrown and the large fruit trees were hanging over the house soon to cause damage to the roof. The response time to our initial call was immediate and Mr. Montero came out to our property when we weren't home (at our request) to get a general idea. He quickly followed up with an email quote. He then followed up with an in-depth meeting on a Saturday morning where we got to see first hand his professionalism, knowledge, and true concern for the health of our trees. The next Tuesday he and his crew were at our door right on time, 7:30am and finished around 4pm. We are extremely impressed with the work they did, the trees look so good and healthy. The clean-up was spotless, not a branch in the yard or a spec of dirt in the garage where they had to go through to access half of our yard and the largest trees. I would recommend them to anyone and will use him again for tree service and we plan to use him for landscaping in the near future.
