Over the last 50 years ( I'm in my 70's now) I have owned three homes and have had to treat them for termites at some point. The folks at Monster were the most professional , timely and informational of them. They went over every detail concerning the items that needed to bagged or thrown out. The owner did a detailed inspection of the kitchen and pantry before starting the fumigation. We are very satisfied with their work and recommend them to any one that has termite problems. Also their office staff are very help full and easy to deal with.

They use the best formula. It's safe for people, pets (even for my fish!), and environment, and it works so well. Their stuff get rid of pests from home for months! Highly recommended.

We paid for a month of service and they took care of our mouse problem. We apparently had several mice and the exterminator came every time one was caught and cleaned it up and reset the traps. They were friendly, polite and professional. They caught a total of 5 or 6 mice which freaked us out because we had no idea that many were around. Their traps worked right away and within the first week or two the problem was taken care of. I will note that you have to be flexible with their estimated arrival times as sometimes with Miami traffic and other customers running over they would on occasion arrive up to an hour past the estimated time. Also to note is they did not seal entry points around the house, just extermination. I felt that for the price it would have been nice to have some sort of entry point issues dealt with. Mouse extermination was quick and effective though, we were thankful for their service.

It worked pretty well. So just saw a couple of stray ants and a lot of dead ones the next day. After that, they have pretty much disappeared.

I stayed home from work so Monster Pest Control could once again service my home. Overall, the company provides very good pest control service. However, this is worth nothing if the company cannot get a handle on customer service and does not hire others to assist the owner with servicing its customers. It’s obvious by today’s behavior and past behavior that the owner cannot properly handle the amount of business he now has. The owner and I made an appt. by phone for 6/29/17 at 11. When by 11:45 he had not shown up I called his office where his assistant (his wife?), who was very defensive instead of apologetic, said customers must allow an hour for him to show up for the appt., to which I replied that he told me 11, he did not tell me 11 to 12. Then she compared his service to a Dr.’s appt. where patients are never seen at the appointed time. I have news for this owner: your company is not Sears Home Repairs nor is it Best Buy Home Repairs, those companies ask customers to wait 3-4 hours for the repairman to show up but at least customers know what to expect. I replied to this lady that when I am told 11 by a service person I expect the person to show up no later than 11:15, not over an hour later. She agreed that he should have told me 11 to 12. I called his office at 12:18 pm and cancelled this appt. as well as future residential and business service. This company has now lost two accounts, one more profitable than the other. This owner completely disregards the value of a customer’s time, most customers work outside the home and stay home waiting and waiting for this company to show up. For our 3/31 appointment at 10 a.m. he showed up at 10:45 without an apology. He doesn’t apologize, he doesn’t call. He showed up around 12:20 on 6/29/17, he said he went to service the wrong customer and this error caused the delay. Does this man not carry a cell phone??? He said he was sorry, but his body language and demeanor did not confirm this.

They came by my house and explained that because I already had termites, the offer wouldn't be applicable to my needs. I appreciated their honesty. I would highly recommend them.

We had an appointment at 10 AM and he show up at 11:20AM. I have mentioned to him that even did not call me to let me know we was late and respond me that because he's only late 20 minutes never call, and i mentioned that i will formally complain, and respond saying - Im the owner, i do not employee of Angys list-. he did not do perform anything for what he was hired, and I had say to him that I haven't time, I had to leave.

It was fine. I purchased it through Angie's List and they didn't get that memo from you guys so they had no idea and I had to directly communicate with them because Angie's List sent me something that they going to communicate with me and they never did so I had to communicate with them and they said sometimes we don't get referral from Angie's List.

Not well. No real change in roach problem.

The call was answered promptly and the owner came to my house the same afternoon. I liked the company's owner very much. He made a dent in the problem but the roaches were back almost immediately. The man actually came two extra times so I have to give him points for trying. Ultimately I had to call another service. That service was able to get rid of roaches by spraying once intensively, then monthly. Changing services has made a huge difference. I waited to write this because I really liked Monster owner and wanted it to work. He certainly gets an "A" for effort but clearly he was not using the right pesticide.

Very nice technician did all the work. He was on time and very professional. He went through in entire house including spraying in closets. He then sprayed all around the perimeter of the house and the brick patio area. I was very happy that the spray they use is odorless and pet friendly..

I purchased the special $89 for pest control for a new house, scheduling online was easy, they showed up on time, nice and courteous, sprayed the house, answered my questions and left. All good.

The service was terrible. They came out and performed the service. We saw no effect with the exterminating. The critters seemed to eat the stuff like kool-aid. I tried to contact Monster Pest Control and haven't been able to get ahold of them. They have never returned my calls. I am not happy with the service and would not recommend them.

He is very professional and knowledgeable. Order the service from the provider directly. The insects were out of my house within days. If you order directly, you'll do better.

We purchase this special in the hopes of finding an exterminator to work with. The service called for exterior and interior. To start they did not show up on the day scheduled. My husband had to call and with out even an apology for the confusion they proceeded to come the next day. Having left someone at our home with information and instructions about the service, the company only did the interior when we had arranged for both, interior and exterior. When the service person was asked about the exterior, they said it was not included. The product used leaves a thick row of colored powder in our cupboard which is really frightening to have around our dishes, seasonings and cups. Nothing was explained. The service person put on a "heavy" sales pitch on the "must" of have at least 3 more services and yet we have not received any follow up call. The entire experience was horrible. The price rating would be other wise positive if it were not for the fact that I feel I wasted my money.
