Techs were on time. Were able to quickly resolve both issues and did a nice job.

Modeste Electric is great. I called them for an electrical outlet problem I was having in my garage. We set an appointment for them to come out. The day prior, they called to confirm our appointment. The day of, they were better than on time. They called to see if they come out a little early. When they arrived, we discussed the problem, the price and they commenced the job. They completed the job and it was done perfectly. I had an issue a couple of weeks later, and they remembered me and was able to swing by to help me with the other issue because they believe in customer service. What I liked about Modeste was that, they were professional, punctual, they stood by their quote, and they had an attention to detail. I would highly recommend Modeste Electric for any of your electrical needs.

I must say that the service...from the time the phone was answered to the time the tech left my home after everything was complete...was an amazing experience. The replacement was very fast and efficient. The office stayed in touch with me until the day before my appointment. The technician, Ezra, arrived on time and had a mask and booties. He also had a covering that caught any dust that would fall. When I made the appointment, I was told that I would need to have the power turned off in the entire house. When the technician arrived, he made sure I was prepared to this before he started the work. Since he was working inside and outside, he made me aware each time he would go out and placed his booties on as soon as he entered the house. After the work was completed, Ezra showed me what changes he made prior to closing everything up. I will definitely be using Modeste Electric in the future and will refer them to my friends and family.

Excellent team! From the moment the walk into your home you know it’s a different type of company. They put on their little shoe covering not to dirty you home. They finish swiftly, and more importantly they were here in short notice and on time.
