very professional company, the service tech was prompt delivered a great service and will use them again. They are pricey but money worth spent.

When I call this PRO, I explained that the light didn't turn on, they went to check and charged me more that $ 400 and told me that the issue was the lamp and they replaced. After a month I had to call them again with the same problem, the second tech told me that the issue wasn't the lamp but the switch and now that I had to call them once again a third tech is telling me now that he has to change the entire wire because that is the real problem because all the wires are old and now they want to charge me almost another $ 400. I will not recommend them to nobody.

Electrician was very professional and went the extra distance to ensure all was correct with the repair. Adjusted the appointment time to meet my needs. Made recommendations regarding some items on my hide that wild need to be addressed in the future. Overall very pleased with the service. Price for the repair seemed a little high but not out of sight.

The rep was personable and knowledgable and confident in his recommendations. He replaced dimmer switches which were more compatible with the LED bulbs we had changed to. He also recommended changing other figures to LED as they were very high and hard to get to. He also recommended a surge protector for our whole electrical panel. He did all this work efficiently and left all work area very clean.

Besides the feeling of being a bit overcharged, the customer service was great, and the electrician, Nick Rodriguez, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up any mess that was made with the wire cutting, dust, etc., as a true professional would.

Why too expensive. Almost $300 for 20 work and replacing one outside outlet. Repairman worked like he carrying a refrigator on his back.

Yardy of Mr. Sparky diagnosed the problem with our GFI outlet in our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and the company was able to provide same day service. They also checked out my main electrical panel to see if there were any hidden problems. The price was more than reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical repair.

I was extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area who requires quality electrical work done at a fair price. Courteous customer service. The electrician showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and worked diligently to get the job done to my satisfaction. It was great to know the price for the job before he actually got started. I also liked receiving an e-mail from the company with photos and info on the dispatcher, customer service rep and the electrician who would do the work at my home. I am one happy customer!

$60 bucks to tell me what I already knew another $140 to diagnose the issue, so $200.00 didn't fix the problem just told me what was wrong in less than an hour, it would have been another $160 to fix. What ever happened to getting a job done without being ripped off! I would say they nickel & dime you but they charge more than that.
