Took them a week to came to fix the light. Even point to the guy where the problem was they still charge 2 hours to check the problem. And the charge was way to high. Just a simple replacement of one ballast charge almost $500.

Their pricing for basic work is very expensive. For example just to switch out an outlet for GFI it is $145 each and if you have four that is $580 for a half hour of work.

The electrician they sent out was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing and the exhaust ceiling fan replacement, as far as I can see at present, is working fine. The problems I encountered were that before any work started , he went through a home electrical survey which I could have done without. He should have done it after he tried to find my replacement fan. After he determined exactly what type of fan I needed, he called to his parts department for them to locate it. They did not call back for over an hour while he waited in my house. Then it took him another 75 minutes to retrieve the fan. The fan cost about $100, but I was charged $575, which I feel was a significant overcharge. I think $250 would have been fair. As a result, I cannot recommend this company.

Totally hassle free experience with Mister Sparky. Nick was super easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and Nick gets 5 stars.

Yiu get what you pay for. A bit pricey, but well worth it. NIck showed up and was very knowledgable and professional. He explained everything very well and I am very happy with the work and warranty given. The $29 to show up gets you nothing. It is then $150 to diagnose the problem. It is then on a sliding scale to fix the problem. I had two switch problems, each $150. Pricey, yes. But done correctly and quickly. He even asked for a broom to clean up. I would call them again for sure. I would rather pay a little more for this company than deal with some of the idiots in this town.
