he checked my panel found that i did not have a ground wire, but switch off breaker for AC , we did not know and end up spending all night without it, bummer, AC breaker was not on the electric panel but somewhere else outside, he came day after when i called and knew exactly what the mistake was

This company was hired to fix my motion lights they came out twice before they could have figured out the problem. They texted me at 8am to inform me that were coming to install the light. I did not answer the text at the same time so they cancel the appointment leaving me on an unsafe situation

The electrician said he replaced and repaired 67 landscape lights and I was charged over $2600 but the lights were not repaired nor replaced. Very bad expensive experience.

He gave fast response to install a felling fan. The charge of 110 is too high for installation. And the wiring he did, I cannot turn of light and fan with the switch. Not too convenient

This company offers excellent customer service. Appointments are scheduled quickly and the service person is promptly dispatched. They are easy to work with. However, they are extremely expensive. We were quoted at $990 to replace 3 existing floodlights.

Update 3/13/18 - I contacted customer service from Mister Sparky and they were very responsive. Chris, a 20 year electrician, came to my home and made it right. Chris is a very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly professional. I hired this company because I needed a switch changed and the electrical outlets checked. I have a ceiling fan with a light that I wanted to be controled by a dual switch. The individual that came to my house could not give me a straight answer on pricing. He told me that it was $298 to do a diagnostic and a minor repair. I kept asking him whether that meant the job would be $298 or more. He kept saying he wouldn’t know unless he did the job. This went back and forth for a while. Bottom line, I needed the job done so I paid $298 and basically just got him to put a wall switch. It doesn’t even control both the fan and the light separately because that would have been extra so I have it on a single switch. I feel I got taken advantage of. I’m really disappointed.

They care about leaving your house clean when the work is done. I had never seen workers cover their shoes before entering just to talk about getting the work not to mention doing the work. They made sure that no tiny pieces of copper was left behind.
