Mister Sparky of Miami

I need a 15 amp breaker replaced. I was told he needed to do a complete inspection. He came up with repairs costing between $3,000 and $7,000 dollars. I've worked in construction for several years and know want needs to be fixed and not fixed. This group like to use scare tactics. He finally replaced the breaker and charged me $175.00 for $50.00 worth of work.

Thankfully my issue was an easy fix! The technician came in and quickly resolved it.

Technician inadvertently took my tester and even called me to say he did, was going to drop it off two days later I still don’t have it.

Understand their pricing on their Ipad before allowing the project to go forward!

Greg made me feel comfortable with Mister Sparky Electric company's reputation and guaranteed that all my electrical upgrades for the outlets will be safe and secured. Greg completed all the work in my apartment alone which highly impressed me because this was a very large project. In addition, Greg installed an electrical outlet for my dishwasher which was originally hardwired in a very short amount of time. While I did not actually do the original project idea of installing a new bathroom fan, I felt it was highly important to upgrade the electrical outlets and installed a new dishwasher power appliance outlet since my apartment building was built in the 70s and electrical safety has evolved since then. Great customer service but had to have the technician come out a second time because a wire was left disconnected which resulted in the air conditioning unit being without power. They had someone out the next day and it was fixed quickly.

Electrician was patient with questions and completed the work efficiently and quickly.

Work was done to my satisfaction, tech knew what he was doing and cleaned after himself. Tech was sent the day after the call to do job and was polite. The negative is: Service was too expensive. Not sure how they figured someone will be willing to pay $100.00 per bulb installed. As a result could not afford all I needed to be done. Too bad

Quick and friendly service.

Professional provider. A little expensive but the work was carried out very well and everything was left clean afterwards. I wish they had some more prep before arriving, the technician had to go to the hardware store to buy stuff making the work longer than anticipated.

Showed up within an hour of requesting quote and completed work within 2 hours. Wasn’t expecting the work to be completed same day.
