I was charged $175 for replacing a simple electrical switch. I was told that they would give me a free price estimate and it was not true. Very deceiving company.

I had Mister Sparky come out to give me an estimate for adding 3 new breakers. The guy was trying to sell me a whole new system and on top of that charged me $20 for an estimate. Crooks!

Very short notice on my part but Frank was able to come out on Sat afternoon and replace what needed to be done.

Oscar and Chris were on time, finished all work in one day..., which included a crawl thru a cramped and dusty attic space... Great job and they cleaned up afterwards..not a spec of dust or dirt to,show they had even been there. A real pleasure to have. them in my home. Would hire again

They are a good company but maybe better for electrical work than telephone jacks. Tech tried hard but couldn't fix the problem. I had to call AT&T (what an aggravation).

Mister Shady. I was screwed over by them. I wanted a garage door opener installed, cameras I owned installed, and a couple outdoor lights moved. I was up-sold like crazy - $9000 later, plus I had to buy $1400 in new cameras/lights. I still - after asking 5 separate times - never received an invoice. I ended up with surge protectors and landscaping lights which I VASTLY OVERPAID for. They pressure you to agree to one of 3 options - "good" "better" "best" but only show you an Ipad with 3 boxes and a per month amount. The fixtures they did provide, after fighting were cheapo lights that need to be replaced. They were off center (by a difference of 11 inches - they never responded or fixed). By the way, I'm still having to install the garage door opener, as they told me after they started and I paid that they don't actually do that. Of course I have never seen the invoice or a work order so how the Hell was I supposed to know that.

Very organized and prompt service and call center. Arrived on time as scheduled. Well trained and kind technician, explained all the possibilities to fix the problem.

We paid top dollar for the service but the tech's were truly excellent, Well worth the money.
