very expensive quote, i was very surprised, the tech before he quoted me the price asked me what do i do for living, i guess they quote the price of the job according to ur ability to pay. anyway, he quoted me very expensive for the job, eventually he brought the price down. the work was done good, but be very careful about the price. I guess u can bargain the price down.

Yamer is as professional as they come. He was detailed in the options that I required for service and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you once again and I highly reccomend them.

I was the last call for this tech Jose. The appointment was from 12 to 3 pm. I received a call that the tech had one more call before me. I received a call from Jose saying he would be there by 3:15. Jose arrived at 3:28 pm. This would not be significant if they did not have a policy on their truck that says If they are late the repairs are free. Most of the things I wanted done were going to cost a crazy amount of $$$$. We agreed on the covering of one outlet and the repair of another. When the job was completed, there was some trash the tech left by the outlet and the outlet was not working correctly. I asked about the free repairs. The tech, Jose, could not explain it. I called the office the female that answered the phone acknowledged the policy but informed me that a manger would have to talk to me. I am still waiting for that manager to call. I am only going by what is on their own trucks and what they advertise. This company is cheesy and I would not hire them again!!!!

I think we’re overcharged just for change of line sockets and power surges we paid $2800.

Perfect in every way. Good scheduling options (I chose date and time). Yamer was professional,courteous, and super clean. My condo has many regulations w/o any hassle. The “booties” to keep the floor clean and his final aweep of the area are the extra things the do to keep your home undisturbed. And by the way, I love the finished job! This will be a go-to company for future work!

The price of replacing (6) LED bulbs was ridiculous! We were charged $545.00 with no clear explanation. The invoice also didn't provide an explanation.

They came out quickly and they finish the job

I just do not give anyone a 5 star rating. I mostly do 4.5. Always space for error, plus, I will see them tomorrow first.

They left holes in the wall and ceiling that I have to pay someone else to patch. That was the only downside.

Everything went great! The electrician arrived on time and completed the work desired. He even made suggestions which were helpful.

Great work and friendly technician. Seemed knowledgeable and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Could do work next day and was on time. Think this company is great to use for emergencies but think they are a little pricey.

Juiver and Chris were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He came early and finished the job quickly, and left the work space clean. The price however, was very high. $122.75, fo fix a ceiling fan that was already installed and hung, but needed some adjusting is a bit excessive, in my opinion.
