Send electrician from area of property in need of service. Electrician was very vocal about traveling an hour , not my scheduling, and had to show he did work . One light switch $90

They are very good and professional, but the attempts at upselilng are fatiguing

The technician Zak was very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up at the time promised. He explained the issues and was able to complete the job. I was very satisfied with the work.

He was very good. But I asked for one thing they initially gave me 3 quotes for nothing I asked for but they did do the job and did what I asked for. I do feel the price was kind of high but I'm in Maryland and this was for my mom. I am also an electrician.

I got a good appraisal of my electrical system and it's faults but I got no work done I what I wanted them for. I wanted a new outlet and got a quote of $1500. Nice folks, a waste of time for me.

Their prices are exorbitant. It took them two visits to change a light switch in a half-bath and it cost me $600. Can you imagine? No apologies. No refunds. The guy who did the work even had the audacity to tell me I would not have been charged if I had told him the light sis not work in the first visit. He left in seconds and I called in seconds. Then he tried to up sell me 3k for a copper light panel. Professional and courteous but, clearly, a bait and switch operation.

I submitted this request for my boss and I was satisfied with their service in all areas except that they cancelled the initial appointment because I did not answer the phone immediately when the electrician was traveling to the appointment. They were fairly accommodating and did reschedule the appointment, but that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Zak was reliable, fast and efficient, totally recommend him! I'm very happy with the service and end result.

They did such a complete thorough job overall that I feel very secure and safe. They were quite expensive, but after everything, I'm glad I did not decide on pricing, as I don't believe I could have gotten such thorough work. Replacing/upgrading my 50 year old Breaker box AND adding a Surge protector which covers all wiring throughout the entire house. Surge protection insurance on everything plugged in.

The tech was AWESOME!! I really appreciate the service.

This companys pricing is outrageous. I want some simple work done and they wanted way too much money. One new circuit that ran four feet out of the main panel and reconfigure an existing outlet. I will not consider them again.
