Job well done

This company was hired to fix flickering light problem all over the house that we were experiencing. We were presented with 2 contract options - one for $3,500 and the other for $11,727. We opted for the $3,500 contract. Some legitimate work was done, however the next day we still had the flickering light problem all over the house. We called and insisted that a pro come back to our house. When he came we were told that we needed to spend another $8,000. We told the man that we did not believe or trust him as the problem was supposed to be fixed the first time. He kept insisting that we needed to spend more money. When he realized were not going to pay more to the company he finally told us to call FPL, our electrical company. We did, and they came out right away and turned off our electricity saying it was too dangerous to keep on. The problem was on the outside pole and FPL fixed it within two hours. I contacted Mister Sparky and left messages. It took the manager several days to return my call. When he finally did, he admitted that they had not gotten to the source of the problem. He told me he would talk to his supervisors and get back to me in 2 days. That was 6 days ago. He has never returned my call. I sincerely believe the company knows that they were dishonest. The company gives a 100% guarantee of service satisfaction - this is a joke. Do not hire this company.

Jose from Mister Sparky was awesome! He installed new breakers, put in a surge protector, and fixed some outlets that had been incorrectly wired.

Wew don't see professionalism in Miami anymore. This was a nice surprise opposing that trend. My serviceman was on time, professional and worked diligently tp fix the problem.
